Domaincord is a Discord-based community for domain investors, founded in 2018. Over 1,500 members connect to buy, sell, trade, and discuss domains in real time. The website at domaincord.com serves as a hub for the community with free tools for domain investors, a developed domains directory, a blog, and links to the Discord server.

- **Dropfilter** (`/dropfilter`): Extracts domain names from arbitrary text/data and filters the list based on custom criteria — useful for processing drop lists
- **Portfolio Prep** (`/portfolioprep`): Converts a Namecheap domain export into marketplace-ready CSV files for Afternic and Spaceship Seller Hub
- **Outreach Tracker** (`/outreachtracker`): Tracks cold outreach to potential domain buyers — manage contacts, follow-ups, negotiations, and wins, saved locally in the browser
- **ROI Calculator** (`/roi-calculator`): Calculates net profit, ROI percentage, annualized return, and a letter grade for a domain flip given purchase price, sale price, and marketplace fees

`/listings` — A curated directory where domain investors showcase built-out websites and developed domains for sale. Each listing includes details about the site, its monetization, traffic, and asking price.
